Book review by Elissa Meininger Recently, I had occasion to pick up a copy of a new book called, “Codex Alimentarius – Global Food Imperialism.” It bowled me over. It is a compendium of articles on Codex (which I describe briefly below) compiled and edited by Scott Tips, someone I consider a major authority on Codex.
